Launch · Getting you in front of hiring managers
Four sessions. One working motion.
Conversations with the people who can hire you — and the confidence to run the outreach yourself.
The Outcome
What you're buying is access.
A named list of the people who can actually hire you at companies that fit your background — and four working sessions building the motion that reaches them. That is the part you cannot manufacture on your own.
The change is simple to describe: you stop applying into silence and start having conversations with the people who decide.
What You Get
One company. Every door into it.
This is one company from a sample Opportunity Map, worked the way we work yours. Your list names real people at your companies.
Hiring manager
VP, Solutions Engineering
Runs the team your background fits, and the leadership seat above those open roles reports to them.
Peer
Director, Solutions Architecture
Came from your old company three years ago. Can tell you how this team actually hires.
Investor
Partner at the venture capital (VC) firm that led the Series B
Sits on the board and is placing leaders across the firm's portfolio companies.
Insider
Senior Program Manager, one of your first-degree connections
Worked beside you two jobs ago and moved here last year. You didn't know.
Recruiter
Senior Technical Recruiter, go-to-market hiring
Owns the open roles on this team. Reached last, once the hiring manager knows your name.
Every person has a name, a profile, and a reason. You know who to reach, what makes each one worth your time, and the order to go in. See a real company worked end to end →
What It Turns Up
The door she already had.
Someone I coach had spent months applying to the companies she wanted most. She heard nothing back.
We ran her own network first. One name came back at the top of her target list: a close friend she had lost touch with this year. She had no idea he worked there. She emailed him that morning.
By the end of that week, two people inside her target companies had offered to refer her.
Nothing was added to her network. The research showed her where her own people had landed.
How It Works
We start with the people you already know.
Your network
We go through your first-degree connections: where each person works now, how long they've been there, and where they came from. Most people have more doors than they think. They just can't see where their contacts have moved.
Your Opportunity Map
We cross that network with the companies that fit your background, including funded companies with no posted role yet and the companies that went quiet on your applications. You went in the front door. This time you go in through a person.
The names
We take the company you want most and name the people on every track: hiring manager, peers, investors, recruiter, and the insider who can refer you. You watch it built end to end, and you leave with the playbook to work every company after it the same way.
Four sessions. We do them together.
Who you are to a buyer, in one sentence they can act on. We lock it first so every message after it lands.
Screen shared, live. We find where your people have landed and cross them with your target companies.
Your top company worked down to named people, with profiles and a reason for each, in a list you own. Then the playbook to run it on the rest.
You press send from your own account, with me on the call, until it stops feeling like a risk. Then your customer relationship management (CRM) board goes live.
At the end of the fourth session you're loaded and pointed. When the replies come in, send them to me: interview prep, follow-ups, offer and salary negotiation. That's included.
